Subconsultant Account

Architectural and engineering projects are multidisciplinary. Thus, the Subconsultant account is provided to allow Administrators to communicate with prospective bidders interested in performing a portion of the project. As with the Employee and Client accounts, each Subconsultant can be granted access to a personal PASconcept account by the Administrator seeking out bids. The administrator is therefore able to organize the information on their Subconsultants as well as facilitate communication with them.

Client Account

This account offers the Client the possibility to view all of his or her fee proposals, active jobs, and invoices associated with the Administrator’s company in one place. The Administrator has the option to send PASconcept login details to the Client at any time, once he or she has been entered in the Administrator’s clients list.

Employee Account

The Employee account gives easy access to jobs and information pertaining to the company. The account allows employees to fill out their timesheets with details of the work that was completed during a specified timeframe. Using their account, Employees can also keep track of updates and changes made to their assigned projects.

Administrator account

The Administrator account is at the center of PASconcept functions. An Administrator is able to assign accounts to Employees, Clients and Subconsultants. The account gives the ability to centralize and control all of the main features of the application. Administrators can be several within one company, and all of them share the same access privileges to the company’s data.
