    1. PASconcept calculates the percentage of project budget expended based in the work hours entered by the employee in his/her timesheet. Subsequently, as hours are added in a project, PASconcept will send notifications to both the Employee and the Administrator whenever the budget reaches certain milestones, such as 30%, 60% or 90% of expenditure.

  2. And how does PASconcept decide on how much budget the staff is expending?

    1. To calculate budget expenditure per hour, PASconcept uses a multiplier pre-assigned by the Administrator for each employee, which will diminish the budget amount available as the employee enters work hours in a project. The budget amount will always display automatically updated on the Administrator’s account.

  3. Can you change the milestones?

    1. No, but that's not very necessary anyways. Milestones are not fixed numbers, but ranges. Each range encompasses several numbers, so that when combined, all ranges are likely to collectively cover the different milestones that each Administrator may desire.
The notification emails are forwarded to the Employee and the Administrator every time that percentage of budget expenditure reaches a number that falls within a higher range.
